About this site

This website is a marketing site for Cali Law LLC (the "Firm"), 101 Crawford Corner Rd., Suite 4116, Holmdel, NJ 07733. It gives general information about the practice. It is not legal advice.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Google. When you load a page, Google receives your IP address, the date and time, the pages you request, your browser type, and the referring page when your browser sends one. Pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts. Those requests send your IP address and ordinary request data to Google. This site does not set its own cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and has no contact form. The Firm does not track visitors across other websites and does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Email and phone

If you email matt@calilawnj.com or call 732-204-6627, the Firm receives and keeps what you choose to send, including your name, contact information, and a description of your legal need if you include them. The Firm uses that information to reply, schedule a conversation, and decide whether it can help, including a conflict check. Email and phone providers that carry the message also receive it. This website does not record or log the contents of phone calls.

Sharing

The Firm does not sell or rent personal information, and it does not share personal information for advertising. The Firm shares information with Google for hosting and fonts, as described above; with the providers that deliver your email or call; and when the law, a court, or the rules of professional conduct require disclosure.

Corrections and deletion

If you ask by email to correct or delete an inquiry you sent, the Firm will do so unless it must keep the message for a legal, ethical, or recordkeeping reason.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and the Firm does not knowingly collect their information.

Confidential information

Do not send confidential or highly sensitive information unless we have agreed to work together and have executed an engagement letter. Sending an email or calling does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the site or the Firm's practices change. The current version, with its date, is posted on this page.
